Application Check-List

COMPLETE BY DEC 15

1. Review the list of Graduate Faculty and select 3 faculty with whom you have shared interests and might like to work. Note: these faculty will be consulted in our review of your application
2. Contact these faculty.
3. Apply online to the graduate school, including the following components.
   1. Official GRE General test scores.
   2. Official Transcripts.
   3. 1 "Statement of Purpose" Essay (no 2nd "Fellowship" essay is needed. See additional information.)
   4. Letters from 3 references, see additional information.
4. Send electronically to Zoology dept (preferably as email attachments; if this is not possible, then hardcopies can be mailed to the Graduate Program Assistant)
   1. CV (See additional information)
   1. Include 3 faculty indentified in (1)
   2. Include GRE scores from the General test
   3. Include a summary of your GPA, overall and science and/or biology.
   4. International students should also include TOEFL scores.
